Fry pans
A shallow pan with long handle for frying meats, eggs, pancakes etc.

 


Dutch Ovens

Excellent for braising and slow cooking meats. Features straight wall sides with two side handles.

 


Saucepans

A pan with a long handle with tight fitting lids. Used for cooking vegetables, sauces, warming soups etc.


Saucier
A saucepan with a rounded base for stirring and whisking of sauces. Wider diameter at top of pan for reduction of liquid.
