Limited Warranty

J.A. HENCKELS INTERNATIONAL Classic Clad cookware is fully and perpetually guaranteed against defects in materials and/or craftsmanship. For Classic Clad Nonstick this includes the nonstick surface against chipping, bubbling or peeling. J.A. HENCKELS INTERNATIONAL promises to repair or replace any defective item. If the product is out of production, a pan of similar value will be substituted.

Minor imperfections, surface marking as a result of shipping and slight color variations are normal.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or abuse or for purposes other than normal household cooking or failure to adhere to the manufacturer's use and care instructions. Scratches, stains, discoloration, damage from overheating, or damage from the use of an automatic dishwasher are not covered by this warranty. To get the maximum use from your cookware, use wooden, nylon, heat resistant plastic or silicone utensils and do not put in dishwasher.
